The Inside Sales department is responsible for the acquisition and follow-up of all purchases, until they are delivered to our warehouse. Were committed to ensuring quality, agility and excellence to our internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Among all attributions this position demands, we highlight:
- Check, quote and process international POs.
- Monitor the supplier’s logistics process to the Aloia Warehouse.
- Daily and incisive follow-up (by phone and e-mail), of all orders under your responsibility, including documentation and tracking numbers conference.
- Supplier certification analysis.
- Update of working tools and support for internal customers.
- Supplier development.
Qualifications:
- Graduation in Administration, Foreign Trade and related areas;
- Experience in aviation/ in the aeronautical market will be considered an advantage.

- Experience in purchasing/international logistics/imports.
- Fluent Portuguese and English (oral and written).

- Its a home office position, but meetings and training will be held in person.
