RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory in Dubai, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet market demand and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Procurement Planning: Strategically plan purchases with the headquarters and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
  • Logistics Supervision: Oversee shipments handled by the logistics partner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transportation processes.
  • Order Management: Manage the order portfolio for Alliage customers, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met with excellence.
  • Logistics Cost Monitoring: Track and analyze logistics costs in Dubai, identifying optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Accounts Payable Oversight: Monitor and manage customer accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and effective communication with the finance team.
  • Logistics Documentation Management: Ensure proper processing and record-keeping of logistics documentation for medical devices, including Proforma Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB or any additional requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai UAE;
  • Availability for occasional business travel;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
  • Knowledge/experience of logistics documentation for medical devices, including Proforma Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB.
  • Advanced/fluent English.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience with SAP.
