For this role, we expect you to have experience in creating user-centered designs through user research, prototyping, and iterative testing. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces for our fleet management solutions. You’ll be responsible for the entire design process, from research to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring our products are both functional and delightful to use. Your work will help answer crucial questions such as: How can we simplify complex fleet operations into intuitive interfaces? How do we ensure our solutions are accessible to users with varying technical expertise? How can we improve user adoption and satisfaction?

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate design solutions
  • Design clean, intuitive interfaces following our design system and best practices
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of design specifications
  • Lead design critique sessions and gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Create and maintain design documentation including user journey maps and interaction patterns
  • Contribute to and help maintain our design system
  • Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve our product experience
  • Balance user needs with business requirements to create effective solutions

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B or enterprise software
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
  • Solid understanding of information architecture and interaction design
  • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and technical constraints
  • Experience with design systems and component-based design
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
