What you will do:
- Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, driving the delivery of high-quality, user-centered designs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive UX strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to integrate design solutions into the broader product ecosystem.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to ensure the design meets user needs and expectations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Ensure design consistency and coherence across all platforms and devices, maintaining a high standard of user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the design process.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Significant experience in UX design, including leadership roles, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire design teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design, problem-solving, and the ability to create innovative user experiences.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Experience working on B2B solutions and an understanding of the unique challenges in these environments.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Proven experience leading user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with design systems and their implementation across products.
- A passion for mentorship and a desire to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture.
